As a management consultant, Will has conducted over thirty account segmentation exercises for clients ranging from Fortune 100 household names, to Silicon Valley tech unicorns, to small logistics startups.

 

He has represented private equity firms during due diligence periods, management teams in turnaround situations, and sales & marketing representatives who simply want to hit their numbers.

 

Will utilizes a data-driven, analytic approach to guide teams through logical decision-making processes and strategy build-out while drawing heavily on experiences in management consulting, private equity, and a variety of client engagements.
